Day 8: Different kinds of YouTubers

The YouTube community, in a sense, is a lot like politics.

I'm sure you've all heard of SparcMac, and Chris Archie. They are totally different people. Sort of like how a capitalist is different from a communist.

You're going to need to learn what type of YouTuber you are.

Your actions every day on YouTube will decide if people unsubscribe, or subscribe. So, one thing to remember is that there is an option on YouTube to "share" your comments, favorites, likes, etc.

If you have this turned on, here are the things to remember.

1. Don't be a dick in other peoples videos (Even if sharing is off...)
2. Don't go and like every video you watch. If you make gaming videos, like gaming videos that you want to promote.
3. Don't like/favorite things too much... People may get annoyed because it will take up their feed.

Another thing to consider is if you will be replying to comments/hate comments.

Some people such as Chris Archie choose to block and remove all trolls. Some viewers hate to see that.

But something that viewers LOVE to see is you replying to their comments. I'll always remember the day when my favorite YouTuber replied to me back in 2006... :)

Tomorrow we will talk about "Box4Box".
